A giant grinder is a large, long, sandwich similar to a sub, but bigger and with more contents.
When it became clear that there was going to be continued interest in the eating experience we’d curated, we found a permanent location, expanded our menu, and began regular service. That was 5 years ago, and we’re still going strong today.

Serving traditional grinders that you know and love, along with italian-Greek menu items like pasta and gyros is our passion and our speciality. In addition, to honor our Palestinian background we will also be offering one Palestinian dish every week.
Our family has been in the restaurant business for decades and providing a contemporary fusion of American and Mediterranean comfort food to our community is a dream of ours. Our experience comes from over 20 years of managing a family Italian restaurant.
